So I spoke to Robert Carlson from Infiniti of Naperville and purchased a certified pre-owned QX60 with deluxe tech package. Rob is a very honest, nice, and respectful person. He'll do whatever he can to get you the deal you ask for. He also assisted me after I purchased my vehicle from him. I highly recommend Rob for vehicle purchase and will be referring him to my friends. I also will be looking for him again for any future purchases. I also worked with Jim Kalcic who was the manager. Although I didn't get my unrealistic offer, Jim still did what he could to get me a great deal. He tells you straight up what he can and can't do and I like that. No games and no funny business. Very honest. Dale Morrone was also very helpful in answering many questions I had. He also helped me after my purchase. I highly recommend Rob Carlson at Infiniti of Naperville for any infiniti purchase. Another amazing visit! Lease was coming to an end and we test drove several other vehicles but decided to stick with Infinity.
