Great experience. From Dale whom we bought from, to the finance closing we had the most pleasant time. A gem in the rough is Randy Chin who spent time explaining to us the functions the vehicle has, butto finance closing we had the most pleasant time. Adam was incredible in terms of being a solid resource in proactively contacting me as we moved closer to the end of the lease term for our current vehicle. He engaged his General Manager in the latter stag proactively contacting me as we moved closer to the end of the lease term for our current vehicle. He engaged his General Manager in the latter stage of negotiations to ensure that we were able to gain agreement on another Infiniti lease program, which is the 4th vehicle lease that I have done with this dealership. The overall experience was once again top shelf and I am telling all my friends that this is the place to go for their new vehicle. More

Good salesperson and finance team; poor management We recently bought a vehicle at Infiniti of Naperville. Peter Bozich - the sales person- was knowledgeable and professional. Dale Morrone, a manager, We recently bought a vehicle at Infiniti of Naperville. Peter Bozich - the sales person- was knowledgeable and professional. Dale Morrone, a manager, also was helpful and attentive. The finance lead - Joseph Limjuco - was professional and efficient. The dealership, though, is mismanaged. The property is dirty and neglected. The manager did not come to greet me or show interest in the deal, even though the dealership was empty. Most shockingly, the staff were not wearing masks or socially distancing, even with clients. I would not recommend this dealership. They clearly do not care for their clients' safety, health, or opinion. More
