I found this 2017 ES300h online at cars.com. It had one of the lower prices and mileages, so I sent in a request for info. I got a response in minutes! I went in and was directed to Dale and we couldn't of the lower prices and mileages, so I sent in a request for info. I got a response in minutes! I went in and was directed to Dale and we couldn't agree on a trade-in value for my very nice car, so I left and went home. In a little while, I got a call from Will Snider (Sales Mgr.) asking what the problem was and could they match a better offer I had for my trade. I told him I would be interested at my considered price and after some investigation on his part, he accepted my offer! I hadn't driven the car, so when I called to make an appointment to drive it I was informed they were putting new tires on it because it's a certified vehicle. I thought they would now try to jack up the price because of the tires, but they were so professional and just made the deal as agreed. Going into a Lexus dealership is like no other experience I've ever had! Everything about it is fabulous! The car has more bells and whistles than even my previous loaded car, so I'm sure I'll love it. Dale was so gracious and helpful, and gave me A DOZEN RED ROSES for my wife! She loves him more than me! I bought the Lexus below market, got above market for my trade, and I've to 34 months of bumper-to-bumper warranty! What's not to love about this? I had emailed the salesperson who previously worked with me only to be advised he was on furlough but miracles of miracles he returned and things went extremely well. Due to the pandemic the preowned cars I was interested in never seemed to be available or would have other issues. Dale Roeglin, went above and beyond to find a vehicle to my liking and more importantly to fit my needs. He has a true old school salesman personality with a modern concern for clients. The dealership is so nice, friendly and I recommend them to everyone. I am grateful for Joe Palmisano who kept in touched with my transaction and for Sam Aly who was my initial salesperson while Dale was furloughed. What I value most about this dealership and Dale, is that the relationship is ongoing. It is not a you purchased so bye bye situation. They advise you to keep in touch and offer you sincere promise to be there in the future if need them. I have needed them and they were there. We were greeted immediately by the organized and friendly receptionist, and were led to our salesperson Dale Roeglin (whom we highly recommend). Dale was informative, considerate, caring and very attentive to our needs. We also spoke with Joe Palmisano during our purchase, and aside from being caring and friendly, he was a top-notch communicator and a genuinely great guy. Wade (aka Lexus Wade) was really great in helping us with the new technology on our new vehicle, and is such a thoughtful person to have uploaded videos just in case we need them. He is also an email, text or phone call away - which is really handy if we have an issue or question about our car.
