We purchased a used GX 460 in December, drove 3 states to get it. Not two months later the entire navigation system has gone out. Completely black screen. Can't adjust fan speed, can't listen to the radio, e get it. Not two months later the entire navigation system has gone out. Completely black screen. Can't adjust fan speed, can't listen to the radio, etc. We've taken it into our local Lexus dealership for diagnosis and they want over 2k to fix it. Big mistake thinking this dealership would provide us peace of mind in such a large and important purchase. I Wouldn't recommend purchasing from this dealership or Lexus in general. Reached out to the dealership, they VERY QUICKLY refused to do anything about it. We've spoken to Lexus corporate and they want to offer us some pennies to go toward the cost of repair. Not what we expected from an "award winning" Lexus dealership or from this brand. More

We have been buying our cars from Lexus of Brookfield with Dale Roeglin since 2005! The service and the vehicles are always outstanding! Everyone is there to make not only the experience of buying a car amazingly easy, but of owning one too! From buying with Dale (thanks also Nate for your help on the wheels), to learning how to make the most of the cars features with "Lexus Wade“, and even going through all the paperwork with Jordon was a breeze today when we picked our new car! And we know that we will also be taken care of in the future as the service department is top notch as well. Truly outstanding customer service all around-which is why we keep coming back!! Lexus of Brookfield has been a great service partner in maintaining the car, which has been very reliable and requires little maintenance. So naturally Brookfield helped us in our search for a replacement. The sales staff was excellent and consultative to aid us make the best decision for our needs. Jill Johns and Dale particularly looked after our needs, and provided superb options to buy; new, CPO, and used. Outstanding! More
