From the moment we entered the dealership, we had exceptional service and assistance. We were greeted immediately by the organized and friendly receptionist, and were led to our salesperson Dale Roeglin (whom we highly recommend). Dale was informative, considerate, caring and very attentive to our needs. We also spoke with Joe Palmisano during our purchase, and aside from being caring and friendly, he was a top-notch communicator and a genuinely great guy. Wade (aka Lexus Wade) was really great in helping us with the new technology on our new vehicle, and is such a thoughtful person to have uploaded videos just in case we need them. He is also an email, text or phone call away - which is really handy if we have an issue or question about our car. Overall I would have to honestly say Lexus of Brookfield has redefined my expectations for new car purchases in the very best way. More

We purchased a used GX 460 in December, drove 3 states to get it. Not two months later the entire navigation system has gone out. Completely black screen. Can't adjust fan speed, can't listen to the radio, e get it. Not two months later the entire navigation system has gone out. Completely black screen. Can't adjust fan speed, can't listen to the radio, etc. We've taken it into our local Lexus dealership for diagnosis and they want over 2k to fix it. Big mistake thinking this dealership would provide us peace of mind in such a large and important purchase. I Wouldn't recommend purchasing from this dealership or Lexus in general. Reached out to the dealership, they VERY QUICKLY refused to do anything about it. We've spoken to Lexus corporate and they want to offer us some pennies to go toward the cost of repair. Not what we expected from an "award winning" Lexus dealership or from this brand. More
