Great customer service I was very impressed with the amount of people wanting to help or offering advice. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I calle I was very impressed with the amount of people wanting to help or offering advice. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I called to talk to one of the salesmen about an important question, I was on hold for a very long time. I also never was able to reach anyone I had dealt with so I actually had to make an extra trip there to talk to the person(s) I was looking for. Other than that, it was a great experience all around. The car I purchased was a surprise gift for my wife and she is so thrilled about her new vehicle. The staff at this dealership helped make this happen without a hitch. More

Great experience Wade was very friendly and helpful in showing me the tech capabilities of the Rx 350. Unparalleled Service Had a question about my car. Just happened to be near Lexus Dealer. Stopped in not sure if I could get my question answered. Sure enough, Wade and Dal Had a question about my car. Just happened to be near Lexus Dealer. Stopped in not sure if I could get my question answered. Sure enough, Wade and Dale came right immediately out to assist me with open smile. Wade gladly answered my question. Great service. Highly recommend this dealer and Wade and Dale. More
