DALE sets the environment, the pisitive tone with everyone there, and LEADS all to solutions. I teach LEADERSHIP in businesses for Northwestern University and I recognize gems. Dale is a gem. Wade is an artist who teaches and guides with sincere love of the product. He brings joy to the learning experience. Verbie is a trustworthy guide in adding features, warrants, as well as finance. Lexus for 30 years. We have been buying Lexus cars for 30+ years so obviously we love the brand. We have had a few LX's when our kids were little and we carted them ever We have been buying Lexus cars for 30+ years so obviously we love the brand. We have had a few LX's when our kids were little and we carted them everywhere. However the consistent model we have always had is the LS sedan. There is no better luxury car out there for us. We tried BMW's, Cadillacs, and Mercedes but nothing is as easy to drive, maintenance free, or comfortable as the LS. Now we are enjoying the LS500 we just purchased and it is "the best car I have ever had" according to my husband!! Lexus of Brookfield and Dale have been our go-to place to make these purchases because they offer sterling service and honest deals. We, of course, will be back! P.S. Love the added attention and service of Wade to talk us through the technology that has been an enhancement to the new car. As "old school" purchasers this is an invaluable benefit. Thanks, Wade!!!
