Bought car in January.... Major problems no solution I have been having many issues with my vehicle that I purchased in JanuaryJanuary from Columbia Ford. The first time I brought it in for service for c I have been having many issues with my vehicle that I purchased in JanuaryJanuary from Columbia Ford. The first time I brought it in for service for check engine light on, jerky transmission, stuttering and clicking noise in engine they told me everything was fixed with an oil change. Brought it back in July for the same issues and this time they found a bit more wrong with the car. This was after we had to help them with their diagnosis and show them we knew a bit more about car repair then they thought. We got the car back again the first week of August after them having fixed it 100%. First week in September and the check engine light is back on again. This time I dropped it off on a Thursday and they looked at it on Tuesday. They told me the check engine light wasn't on and they couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. It still has transmission slippage, backfiring and jerking. I used to think highly of Columbia Ford but will never be going there to fix any of my other vehicles or for purchasing another vehicle. They have lied to me numerous times and am extremely disappointed. More

I've always been treated with respect, everyone is very friendly and outgoing. Very relaxed atmosphere, no pressure to buy, knowledgeable staff, just really good people in general. I actually think of them as friends, I've dealt with a lot of dealers because I love to buy cars, this place feels like I'm hanging out with my friends. I can't say enough good things about Columbia Ford. Special Thanks to Aaron, great job as usual, I wouldn't expect anything less from you, you are a fine young man. Recently met Eric Gates, again, great customer service, professionalism and someone who is down to earth. A great asset to the company. Friendly, Professional, & Personable Very accommodating service. Salesperson, Chris Magnano, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and promptly returned calls & texts. Chris invested the time to find the best vehicle match for me. Dale Thompson, affectionately referred to as "Badger", was very knowledgeable about the auto industry and provided good advice on how to deal with insurance claims for damaged vehicles. General Sales Manager, Chris Messier, is a very personable family man who is hard not to like. Columbia Ford Kia has an Enterprise car rental on premises and they made arrangements to return my car rental on my behalf, even though the rental was from an Enterprise in Colchester. On the day of delivery, my bank wouldn't clear the insurance check that I needed for my down payment until the next day. Columbia Ford Kia let me drive home my car with a dealer plate until the check cleared. Also, Chris took the time to explain every feature of the vehicle. He even set up the Bluetooth connection between my phone and the car. Overall, I highly recommend Columbia Ford Kia. The team is courteous, professional, and accommodating. If you're thirsty, they have plenty of cold, bottled water compliments of the house. More

Columbia Ford has ben around for a long time,so I feel they are doing something right,they are a local buisness and I like supporting local buisnesses I had workrd with Eric Miller a few years ago but was they are doing something right,they are a local buisness and I like supporting local buisnesses I had workrd with Eric Miller a few years ago but was not ready to commit to a truck, he was very understanding of my situation and I felt no pressure at the time.I was now ready to buy a truck and thought is was only far to give Eric another shot at the deal. When I could not pull the trigger on a new truck he found me an exellent value on a preowned truck, I am very satisfied with my purchase. More

I did a lot of online shopping prior to actually going to the showroom. I shopped with many dealerships. Jake Guzier was attentive, but never pushy. My shopping lasted for a couple months, and he never once the showroom. I shopped with many dealerships. Jake Guzier was attentive, but never pushy. My shopping lasted for a couple months, and he never once bombarded mlite with emails. When I finally arrived at the showroom on Saturday, Tony Mauro worked for several hours with me to find a way to make what I wanted to happen, happen. Dale also jumped in to offer suggestions, and the gentleman in finance (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) was very pleasant and efficient. (AND, the finance person at the last dealership I went to was what made me say I will never go there again.) Thank you for a great experience, and we'll see you soon for another purchase for my husband. More
