We already had an idea of what we wanted and he was incredibly accommodating and patient with us. He answered all of our questions and was very professional while making us feel as if we have known him for a long time. His attention to our needs and requests was top notch and one of the reasons why we continue going to Volvo at MoG although we have moved an hour away. Sales exp great , finance not We traveled from SC to look at an Audi and ended up with a Volvo. The sales and negotiation was fine... no negotiation on purchase but they did on the We traveled from SC to look at an Audi and ended up with a Volvo. The sales and negotiation was fine... no negotiation on purchase but they did on the trade in. I asked to finance through Volvo. Instead they set me up with PNC bank on a higher interest rate. I asked why and what’s bout Volvo? (Always get a preferred rate from the car companies). They said the Volvo computer system was down. I said fine, we will finance through my bank. All of a sudden the dealer manager approved financing through Volvo and a low interest rate. This may have been true maybe not. It took them 2 weeks to cash my check and I asked them to process the paperwork quickly. I had to call. I still don’t have my taxes/tags transfer complete. Oh and thanks to them running credit with PNC, the dealership and Volvo, my credit score just dropped a few points and I am getting solicitation from PNC bank. I have bought a car every two years since the 1990s .. it shouldn’t take 5 hours. More
