Mr. Vale was(is) very nice. I was taken aback a bit by the "no haggle" pricing. I had never heard of that at Subaru. However all in all. I guess I got what I needed. All smiles and very helpful. Service did me right. I wish I had not paid $3500 for an aftermarket drive Trane warranty. And I wish I had gotten the "half-price oil changes for life in writing". But what's done is done. If anyone asks, I'll recommend Ferguson and Brandon to all. More

True process dealing with chuck was great. Super easy. The only thing that is annoying is pushing the extended warranty options once we say no. You offered a package at like 5-7k then when we told you no you brought in the finance manger and then offered it at $2500. If you would have offered it at the lower price to begin with instead of screwing us over we would have took the warranty for $2500. That’s the only downfall of the entire transaction . Chuck was great though through the entire week of dealing with him. More

The only downfall of the transaction was the finance department pushing the extended warranties when we we said no they kept pushing. They offered the package at like $7800 and when we said no they kept pushing and we’re shocked that we said no. So then a little bit later the manager came in and offered us the same deal for around $2500 if Dallas would have offered it to us at $2500 to begin with we would have done it but instead you tried screwing your customer for roughing 5k. Defiantly didn’t appreciate that. Other than the finance part everything was great. More
