I bought a used Jeep 2½ weeks ago with stipulation that check engine light issue would be diagnosed and fixed. Salesman originally tried to tell me it just needed an oil change. Then insisted on bringing t check engine light issue would be diagnosed and fixed. Salesman originally tried to tell me it just needed an oil change. Then insisted on bringing the vehicle to me when it hadn't been fixed despite my telling him to leave it there until fixed. I drove it once. Still bucking and AC just stopped working. I was irate. Never getting called back. Getting conflicting statements from Salesman then the service manager. I drove it back there Friday after that with no AC. 02 sensor was bad. They ordered that. Took a week. Then computer was bad. Ordered that. Took a week. Computer was supposed to be put in yesterday and I have not heard from anyone as to whether it fixed what was wrong (including AC) . Communication there is terrible. Sales department is only interested in shoving you out the door with a car. I was repeatedly badgers about accepting payments higher that I could afford despite my having told them my limits. I am a senior citizen that has been treated poorly by everyone except Ben Warren in service. I am still without a car 2½ weeks since buying it. I've never been offered a loaner vehicle and nobody seems to care that I am stranded at my house with no transportation. I would never buy another vehicle there. Ever. More

Everyone at this dealership was wonderful to deal with. Alex Acosta in sales went above and beyond to help me understand everything. Dallas was great too approving the final deal. I drove away with what I wanted but that did not stop them from trying to upsize the vehicles. Thanks, don't ask questions unless you are willing to listen to what the customer is saying. This was the worst, most stressful consumer purchasing experience I have ever had - even though we paid cash. This was very surprising considering the reviews posted online. We were told by the manager An experience I have ever had - even though we paid cash. This was very surprising considering the reviews posted online. We were told by the manager Andrew that wiring funds between our bank and Rountree was not allowed - not true. Andrew said the concern was fraud. I asked for documents on the purchase of my new car - Jayden said they would be on a thumb drive - I asked for a printed copy as well. The money was wired, once the funds were sent, we were told that Rountree had no phone number to verify if the funds were received so they could not verify we just had to wait. We called both the salesperson Jayden and the manager Andrew several times and they never returned our calls. We were totally disrespected by the staff at Rountree. I was told 3 different times that my new car was on the way to be delivered to my workplace - which was not true - I was left with no way home. The car was finally delivered 5 hours after it was originally promised and without the documents for the purchase of the car. I spoke with Dallas Humphries and asked him to be sure that Jayden bought me the documents for the purchase of my new car. He came with Jayden to deliver the car when I asked him for the sales documents, he said he never told me Jayden would bring them. He then promised before witnesses that he would overnight the documents for the purchase of this car - I still have no documents. More
