Dalton was an excellent sales person to work with, for me. One thing about me in particular is I detest dealing with sales people. I cannot stand when sales people try to upsell and get you to spend more me. One thing about me in particular is I detest dealing with sales people. I already knew what I wanted when I walked into Honda so I was very pleased when I got Dalton as my sales representative. He seemed to understand that and did not try to force other sales my way. I got Samantha as a Tech rep to show me all the features on my new car. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable and explained everything well. I had a good experience up until this point. When I reached the final step in the process, finance, I met Travis. While he seems like a good person I was not impressed with his people skills. He seemed like the typical kind of "sales person" with a fake personality. He tried rushing me through the process, did not explain things very well and tried to push me to purchase extra packages to finance through them. In the future, I would like to go back to Mohawk Honda to purchase another vehicle. Omitting the final financing portion of my purchase, I had a good experience there. More

Since they're building a new dealership close to my house, I'll be letting all of my neighbors know that Mohawk should be on top of their list of considerations when buying their next car. The biggest reason we're happy and for this recommendation is the amount of money they put into their used cars so that you feel like you're getting a next-to-new car. That would have justified a higher price but we got all the extras AND a better price than the competition. More
