I needed a used promaster city tradesman and it was not easy to find. They showed me 2 of them and were ready to reconfigure the utility shelving inside to accommodate my height 6'3". Terrible credit easy to find. They showed me 2 of them and were ready to reconfigure the utility shelving inside to accommodate my height 6'3". Terrible credit score bounced from other dealers and this guy Damien closed the deal for me anyway. Took some time but with a little help from Ed Finn in finance Damien got me my truck and I can do jobs. I recommend these guys to anybody who likes getting the deal done no matter what it takes. First vehicle purchase I went into Castle Chevrolet in Elk Grove Village looking for a used Silverado 1500 I had seen online. I experienced nothing but great service from th I went into Castle Chevrolet in Elk Grove Village looking for a used Silverado 1500 I had seen online. I experienced nothing but great service from the moment I walked in. Upon initial arrival, I was immediately greeting by Damian. Being acknowledged right away was a huge plus in my book. I appreciated not having to look around for someone and to ask for help. Damian right out of the gate was willing to help me find the truck I seen online and answer all the questions I had about it. He grabbed the keys for the truck, scanned my license, and said to take all the time I need on the test drive. This hands down was the best thing he could have said. It made me feel comfortable and reduced anxiety of taking too much time while trying to get a feel for my (at the time) potential new vehicle. After talking numbers and feeling comfortable with the price, warranties were discussed. I was happy with the warranties offered and chose one I was comfortable paying for. Damian pulled through with all additional requests I had prior to the truck leaving the lot. Overall I left with my new truck happy and satisfied. More
