I was able to take my time and look through every single option without ever feeling pushed. The boys were very helpful in explaining every thing. Fabian was incredibly helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted for my budget. He helped me get the most out what I wanted to pay. Damien was super nice and showed me all the sweet features on my car and was always ready to pull up a car right to the showroom door so I could inspect it. 10/10 would recommend to any friend. This review may seem over the top with 5 stars across the board, but the Chevy boys at Castle really knew how to make the customer feel great about their new car! More

Disappointed with the Equinox due issues I appreciated the staff and their treatment of me when it became obvious that I had been sold a “lemon”. They replaced immediately. I hate being pressured when I look for a vehicle and this young man was so kind, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable that I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone looking to purchase a new car. This is the sixth time in my life that I have purchased a new vehicle and it was, without question, the best experience I have ever had -- not even a contest. Damian made me feel so relaxed and at home with his calm and friendly demeanor. He had wonderful things to say about everyone he works with at the dealership, and all the other gentlemen I had the pleasure of dealing with were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had such a good time buying a new car! The dealership had no other customers the day I arrived, the weather was very bad, and my mother said we were going to get attacked before we even got out of our vehicle -- but that was not the case. This dealership has a much more relaxed atmosphere and you feel like they actually care about making you happy. I sat in a 2019 Equinox at my husband Larry's insistence and fell in love with the much better visibility. Larry bought a 2017 Colorado from your dealership and Both Dave and Guy were extremely helpful in finding exactly what he wanted. Well we talked to Dave about the Equinox that I was interested in and found that one was available in the Villa park facility. We left our house at 10:30 in the morning and were home by 2:45 with the brand new car we wanted. Dave and Damien were super. Made us feel at home.
