Damian was the first person to introduce himself outside and coached me through 1st, 2nd and 3 gear in a Cruze. The experience felt less like driver's ed and more like an older sibling showing me the ropes. I returned next day dreaming driving home in a Subaru WRX. Long story short, Manager Ed Finn got me out of a hatchback with a CVT and in to the same manual transmission I test drove. If it weren't for Michael, another sales team associate, I would've returned home never knowing how fun and engaging a stick shift feels like. Walking into Castle Chevrolet (with a budget) results in guaranteed peace of mind. Thanks to the manual transmission, my face always has a smile on the road. My purchase feels like a Ford Model T when traffic lights start green, but it has a turbo like the WRX. The sales staff knew exactly how to sell the Cruze to me. I'm glad that Castle Chevy sold their Mustang before my visit. Rear wheel drive doesn't belong in or near the "snow belt" especially in the hands of an intermediate "stick" driver. More

My Best New Car Purchase in 40 Years I traveled some distance to Castle Chevrolet North in Elk Grive Village to purchase my new 2017 Chevrolet Impala Premier after being treated well on t I traveled some distance to Castle Chevrolet North in Elk Grive Village to purchase my new 2017 Chevrolet Impala Premier after being treated well on the phone by dealership sales manager Ed Finn. Mr. Finn treated me with respect and worked with me to demonstrate that my new car buying experience would be straight-forward with no games. Ed Finn, and eventually another sales manager. Joe Genna were completely honest with me about my new car purchase and trade-in. They both impressed me with their candor and follow-through. Our salesperson was Damian Dus and he was most professional, courteous and helpful during the delivery process. Raul Quesada, the finance department manager was equally as professional, courteous and willing to answer our questions in an honest and sincere fashion. He never pressured us or attempted to sell us unneeded products or services. We did purchase an extended warranty based on his presentation about same. Lastly, I would like to thank Brennan in internet sales, Mike Rodriguez, the General Manager of sales and Olivia in the Castle Business Development Center for their efforts to earn my business and prove to me that the "Castle Difference" is not just a catchy slogan, but a real work business philosophy that puts the customer experience first and makes purchasing a car from Castle Chevrolet North the enjoyable experience it should be. All three of these individuals are great ambassadors for the Castle Dealership Network. This was, hands down, our best new car purchase experience in 40 years and some 20 new car/truck purchases.
