The dealership is immaculate! !! The staff, from the receptionist, sales manager, general manager, and even sales rep I didn’t work with were all very courteous and quick to offer !! She’s the most upbeat person I think I’ve met in my life!!! It is a pleasure to write a review for Trinity Tirado, The premier sales representative at Honda of Bridgewater. Although a relatively young woman, she is already the consummate professional, mature and w The premier sales representative at Honda of Bridgewater. Although a relatively young woman, she is already the consummate professional, mature and wise beyond her years, extremely knowledgeable about the Honda product line, with an incredible work ethic, and her highest commitment is to be of service to the customer and when sure that she helps the customer get precisely the right Honda vehicle at the very best price and the very best terms with all the necessary features beyond what any other Honda dealer in the entire United States could achieve! And Trinity is a wonderful ambassador to the entire Honda Bridgewater dealership. I have been driving for more than 50 years, and aside from the current vehicle that I own which I bought new at the Honda of Bridgewater dealership, it is a 2008 Honda Accord that just turned 210,000 miles and running like new, every other vehicle I’ve ever owned in my lifetime which numbers more than 20 or even 30 was a preowned vehicle bought from the private owner. A primary reason for this is when I had many years ago gone to some dealerships, my experience was just as big a nightmare as a reputation for auto dealerships exudes: bait and switch, misdirection, and an overall stressful experience. And while I bought my 2008 accord at the dealership, I never got it serviced there except for dealer warranty issues or recall issues. The reason is because the private mechanic I had for the last 25 years and the entire time I own this 2008 accord which is 13 years and counting, also owned a preowned Honda accord 2006, and he commuted to his mechanic shop over 100 miles round-trip six days a week. And unfortunately this past summer, his engine finally died when did I just turned 500,000 miles on the odometer reading. And I never thought to go to any other mechanic or facility to service my car except this past October when I was planning to visit a relative in Massachusetts and I needed the 200,000 miles servicing on the accord, and my mechanic was backed up because of supply chain issues, and he couldn’t promise that he would have it done in time for my trip . So that’s when I turned to the Honda dealership of Bridgewater, approaching them with an incredibly high degree of skepticism based on my experiences with other dealerships many years ago. Much to my surprise not only was it a for superior experience, it was the absolute antithesis of what virtually every other dealer experiences: they were accommodating, pleasant, personable, helpful, and eager to serve my needs as the customer as their primary goal. Marcello, Matt, Becky, and the rest of the service team were absolutely incredible. And the entire sales force is equal incredible. An organization does not achieve this high level of standard with an enormously high percentage of repeat customers without an exceptional leader. And the general manager of the Honda dealership of Bridgewater has such an exceptional leader and his name is Damien. So do yourself a favor and visit to Honda dealership of Bridgewater, for you will be very happy you did so, and that you did not make the mistake of visiting or dealing with any other Honda dealer or dealer of any other manufacture. The entire service and sales staff as well as the entire dealership is so exceptional from my experience, that on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a rating of 100!!! And when you go be sure to meet with Trinity Tirado, the wonderful and highly successful leading sales representative at the dealership. She will ensure that your car buying experience is not only pleasant but highly successful in meeting everyone of your goals and expectations! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Trinity a score of 1000! With every customer, she hits a HOME RUN!!! And no I am not on the payroll at the Honda dealership I Bridgewater nor did I receive any compensation of any kind to write this review. I was lucky enough to have both Arthur and Damian support me in purchasing a 2021 Ridgeline Black Edition. The whole experience was not just easy but fun, it felt like I was hanging out with friends. They sp me in purchasing a 2021 Ridgeline Black Edition. The whole experience was not just easy but fun, it felt like I was hanging out with friends. They spelled out all of my options so I felt that there were no surprises and I could make my decisions with a clear understanding. As a woman, I’ve always brought my brother to do the haggling for me. I didn’t need to do that a Honda of Bridgewater. I was comfortable and felt taken care of. Also, the guys check in on me from time to time to make sure everything is going great. It was a painless experience. Everyone I dealt with there went above and beyond! What a breath of fresh air! Further, the General Manager, Damien, was very helpful with an issue I had with the Sales Manager. Damien call me at 8pm to hear my concerns, followed up with his team and called me back 2 days later like he said he would with an issue resolution. He is very professional, extremely organized and I felt he really cares about the customers. More

Very Shady!!! Terrible place!!! Will rip you off!!! Even if you buy extra $1,500 to buy Honda Certified car, it's Not Honda Certified!!! I bought Honda Certified car and there was hidden fee of Even if you buy extra $1,500 to buy Honda Certified car, it's Not Honda Certified!!! I bought Honda Certified car and there was hidden fee of ~ $1,500 which will not be mentioned. I called Honda Customer Care to verify if my car is Honda Certified or not and I was told it's Not Certified! as nothing is showing up for warranty in Honda Customer Care system. Certification paperwork was not provided at the time of sale and when I asked for certification paperwork, it took them a month to produce paperwork and I doubt that if they did all maintenance work to certified the car. I had pre-approval to finance car but they jacked up interest rate by 2 point. I told them several times I have already pre-approval but finally finance manager admitted that he is jacking up interest rate by 2 point and making money. Terrible customer service, took me almost 3 month to get tags and even there are random made up fees for tags. My temporary tags were expired in 30 days and after calling them hundred time, I was given another temporary tag for next 20 days which expired again before I got my car tags. To avoid again making hundred calls for new temporary tags, I had to go DMV myself to get new temporary tags. Terrible car buying experience ever! Be aware about hidden fees and even you' qualify for lower interest rate or even have pre-approval, you will not get lower rate. They will jack up rate and make money. More
