Damian was nice and helpful at beginning. Once we started negotiations he seemed more about the sale. Lack of communication about lease buyout as he kept telling me the deal was being made because th started negotiations he seemed more about the sale. Damian and the whole team not only met, but exceeded my expectations! I was given options I didn’t even know were possible. I went in believing my only option at lease end was to buy it out (as I was ov expectations! I was given options I didn’t even know were possible. I went in believing my only option at lease end was to buy it out (as I was over miles). I didn’t think anything else was an option, due to fees, but I did want to upgrade from a sedan to an SUV. Damian helped get me into a 2021 HRV with all of the amazing features I loved from my 2017 Accord. Whole process was smooth- and I wasn’t even there all day (like I have been with other dealerships in the past). Covid precautions were followed- which was also very important to me. More
