My salesman, Damian Steip, was a pleasure to work with in every regard. He was professional and very knowledgeable about his product. He handled the negotiations with skill and fairness. His patience while teaching me about the features of the car was astounding. I have been buying Mercedes for over 40 years and this experience was the best ever. I also worked with Francisco Diaz-Rivas in the Financing Dept. and he too was extremely competent and easy to work with. Even though I live a far distance from this dealership, I would not hesitate to travel back in order to work with this team on future purchases.
