Austin & Damon were fantastic & excel at communication even when having to deliver bad news. I arrived at the dealership and my car was in the process of being PDI'd. I understand the car came in later even when having to deliver bad news. I arrived at the dealership and my car was in the process of being PDI'd. I understand the car came in later than expected but I should have done the paperwork and taken a loaner when I got there versus waiting until after 5 for my car. I didn't realize the car wasn't detailed in the 2-1/2 hours so I had to take it back 2 days later. More
