Traci actually FaceTimed with me and took me inside and all around the vehicle. This eased my mind knowing exactly what I was buying. Dan was professional and answered all my questions and made the buying process very simple. The delivery was fast. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the professionalism of this dealership. I was straight to the point from the beginning of what I wanted and what I could work with and they made it happen. No questions asked. Made sure all numbers match up to what I wanted. No haggling no wasting time going back and forth. Right to the point. Can't be more pleased. Thank you Dan and Laci for the experience! More

Great place to buy a car Found a fairly rare AMG on eBay, a few emails with Cheryl and Dan, they provided all information needed without hesitation. Everything checked; mileag Found a fairly rare AMG on eBay, a few emails with Cheryl and Dan, they provided all information needed without hesitation. Everything checked; mileage, vehicle history, record, reports, previous owner, documentation, ... etc. it was almost too good to be true. Right after booking a flight from Boston to Houston to go inspect the car in person, I came across some terrible reviews online, and started second doubting myself, however, the car was rare enough that I took a leap of faith, and went with travel plans. Sure enough, upon arrival, the car was even cleaner than advertised by email and phone, once I had the chance to go through the car inside and out, the deal was closed on the spot, it was no brainier to me, particularly the price was right for options, and mileage, and most importantly rarity,,,. Moral of the story, online reviews are useful and good resource, but keep in mind that they are biased, as often driven by unreasonable expectations, take them with a grain of salt, and talk to the people directly, and evaluate them for yourself... nothing like a good old business dealing and a handshake. Have mere reasonable expectations, and you wont be disappointed there... More

Caution! CAUTION! In my opinion, it seems like a gamble, with pretty poor odds, to do business with Ultimate Motorsports (“UMS”). You might wind up with a go CAUTION! In my opinion, it seems like a gamble, with pretty poor odds, to do business with Ultimate Motorsports (“UMS”). You might wind up with a good car and a good deal. Or not. Ultimate Motorsports shows an address in Stafford, Texas, but also operates at 10311 Altonbury Ln in Houston, where they specialize in internet sales, often advertising on eBay. We are an out-of-state buyer. Our experience was this: they offered what looked like a good deal, and showed us the proposed Bill of Sale. They required a $500 dollar “non-refundable” Deposit to hold the car, which we paid, after having a cursory inspection done - we were ready to buy the car. However, when they sent the closing Documents package to complete the sale, we found a shocker in the fine print, it required us to verify that we had been told about the structural damage that the car has! We had not been told any such thing. If you do deal with these people, watch out for that Clause in a doc called the “Rider” to the AS-IS Agreement. They refused to tell us whether they indeed knew about structural damage and what it was, or even to say that they did not know about any. They said if we did not sign that statement, that we had been advised about the damages, then they would not sell us the car; in effect they were saying that we had to lie if we wanted to complete the purchase. We refused. So they offered to refund our Deposit, but then sent a lengthy “Refund Agreement” that we had to sign before they would issue the refund - it required us not only to give up all of our consumer rights, but we would also be agreeing to fines if we ever posted anything negative about them! Like this review! (This may be why there are fewer negative reviews than there would otherwise be; people agree not to say anything in order to get their money back.) But we refused to sign; even if that results in us not getting our $500 dollars back, because we want to retain the right to make people aware of this. In effect, the language in the Rider allows them to sell a car that they know has structural damage, or has been fixed and painted, but not disclose that information. When an unsuspecting buyer initials that clause in the documents, and later finds out about the hidden damages, they have no recourse - the dealership can say that they disclosed the damages and the customer has signed a doc saying that, yes, indeed, they were told. We would not recommend this Dealership to anyone, the legalese and deception is hard, if not impossible, to navigate. And after this, we decided that we will only buy a car that we can personally inspect and drive first; you may want to consider doing the same. But if you do want to gamble, be sure to read everything very carefully and watch out for the structural damage stuff. And realize that virtually any and all promises that their salespersons make are rendered completely null, voided and/or contradicted by the language in those sales Documents. And it looks like they may not provide copies of those docs until you pay the non-refundable deposit. More

The car was purchased online, sight unseen, and it was just as described. Dan Ahmed was very prompt and upfront, no hassle. This is our second time purchasing used vehicles online and it is much easier than walking into a dealer and being hassled all the way through the process. I would use Ultimate Motorsports again. The Ultimate Purchasing Experience...!!! My purchasing experience with Ultimate Motorsports could not have been better. Cheryl and Quinton handled everything perfectly from the very beginning My purchasing experience with Ultimate Motorsports could not have been better. Cheryl and Quinton handled everything perfectly from the very beginning, and with complete professionalism. The entire time I was there everyone was smiling; the clientele, sales persons, technicians, office staff...everyone! If you know anything about business, you know that happiness stems directly from the top. When Cheryl discovered the 2015 Kia Soul I was purchasing from her needed tires, she immediately made me an appointment at Discount Tire and provided me with an Ultimate Motorsports company check with her blessing. You will love your buying experience with Ultimate Motorsports. When they decided to name it Ultimate, they made the completely correct choice...!!! More
