Born in Tel Aviv, Israel he came to the United States at the age of 4. Dan grew up in the world of theater where his mother, the acclaimed Broadway actress, Mary Soreau and his father, a successful producer, taught him that although discipline and dedication to craft are keys to success that training and fun are indispensable to motivating a sales team to achieving its full potential. Dan relocated to Ocean County from New York in 1986. A graduate of Jackson Memorial High, he attended Berkeley College where he earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. After working for a number of Monmouth and Ocean county dealerships in various sales positions including management positions, Dan came to Pine Belt where he has been for the past 14 years. Brianna, I'm a little shocked at this review. Pine Belt has gone WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND with you and obviously to no avail. You purchased an AS IS VEHICLE. You signed SEVERAL as is disclosures in accordance with NJ State Laws as well as Pine Belt's own policies. We still put $1000 of service into your vehicle FREE OF CHARGE solely out of kindness and our dedication to customer satisfaction. As is vehicles are just that...AS IS. Small problems are to be expected from a vehicle that is now close to 15 years old. That is the trade off one makes when saving thousands over new on an older vehicle. My suggestion to you would be that next time you purchase a vehicle...if you do not want to pay for service etc...purchase one with a warranty or purchase and extended warranty. You can not expect a company to sell you something without a warranty...sign documents showing that you were well aware of this...and then expect a company to warranty EVERY service issue you have. If you go to Best Buy and purchase a television...and do not buy the warranty...WOULD BEST BUY FIX YOUR TV FREE OF CHARGE? We both know the answer to that question is no. At this point...having already done FREE service of roughly $1000 on an as is vehicle, Pine Belt has already gone way above and beyond for you from a customer service standpoint. Brianna, If the check engine light was still on AFTER we put $1000 of work into 10 year old AS IS vehicle then why did you take it from service? This is the first I am hearing about this since speaking to you and your mother on the phone months ago. Again...you signed SEVERAL as is disclosures. You simply can not expect us to continue to work on your as is vehicle free of charge...that only happens when a warranty is either included or purchased with a vehicle. In my opinion Pine Belt has already gone above and beyond what any other dealer or retail company would have done for you on an item not warrantied and purchased as is. I do however apologize for the lack of follow up on your calls however. I am available at 732-363-2900 ext. 3121 if you would like to discuss this further.

I understand that but when you sell me a bad car i am going to be furious especially after Dan Ariel Gave me his word to fix my car. I cant even pass inspection! and over $1000 worth of repairs and my check engine light is still on and Andy still doesnt know what is wrong with it. The car just turned 10 years old not near 15. It is extremely unprofessional that pine belt has not returned any of my phone calls or voice mails. i would understand if i was even able to pass inspection or if after doing $1000 worth of repairs that my check engine light would be off for more than 2 days but it hasnt nor has it ever been that way since getting the car. Pinebel sold me this car, more than likely knowing the issues that the car had. Which is crazy. if iknew pinebelt was not going to stand behind their word of getting the check engine light off and getting me through inspection i would of returned the car the second day when the light came on!!! but no i kept it with a promise that it would be fixed and now im being told you guys cant fix it/ dont know what the problem is. and im supposed to be satisfied ?
