The show room is impressive and personnel at reception is polite, professional and friendly. Probably the thing that impressed me the most is that I did not have to haggle about the price, it was spot on to what I thought would be the best possible price a dealership would offer as was the price for the trade in. The young guy that I dealt with, Todd Boucher is very knowlegable, friendly and helpful, to the point that he has been twice to my house on his own time, to help me with details about the car, something that I appreciate very much. I may have found my new car dealership. More

Dealer dropped my 2015 Silverado with 2,500 miles off lift I had purchased a 2015 Silverado 3500 from Pine Belt. We were recently mailed a recall notice for a bolt on the brake and I know we only have 24 mont I had purchased a 2015 Silverado 3500 from Pine Belt. We were recently mailed a recall notice for a bolt on the brake and I know we only have 24 months for our free oil changes so I told the service department of Pine Belt to do a oil change even with the truck ONLY having 2,550 miles on it I figured get it done while its there. Well while it was there they dropped it 6 ft in the air off the lift. This was on 4/22. As of yesterday 4/29 I still have not heard anything about our truck if it's totaled are they going to try and fix it. I told the service manager that even if they try and fix it I did not want that truck back. I gave them a new truck that did not need X amount of work and that's what I want back. If they can find me a 2015 same exact thing that is what I want. I had not heard anything in a week so yesterday I sent a message to Pine Belts Vice President Ken Martin and 10 min later I did receive a phone call from one of the sales rep Ernesto to come down and pick out our new truck and they will take our old truck. Great then we go there today and tell us after us sitting around for a hour and looking at a truck that was $100 more on the sticker they come back and tell me that we have to pay them $7500 because the truck we picked was a 2016. And this 2016 didn't come with some of the stuff our 2015 seemed to have. Even after looking at the web site and the web site sticker had more than the actual truck had. After getting very upset I asked to speak to the manager Dan who relaying these messages to us and he would not come out and talk to us. Then told his sales rep to tell us to contact our lawyer. I have been literally sick to my stomach this past week. I can not sleep and when I do I have nightmares about this truck. We paid cash for this truck, so we are out this money. I just don't know what to do. We bought this truck with 3 miles on it and again it only has 2,550 miles. We had 2,000 in pine belt cash from all the work we had on other vehical so and other ins entices when we bought. I am on the verge of a nervous breakdown. More

The car I choose had some mileage on it and he told me are you exactly sure about this car. He told me the only way I am going to sell you this car if you purchase a extensive warranty package. I fought him for about an hour and he said I rather not sell you anything if you don't listen to me. Two weeks later I had some issues with the car on a Sunday Evening. He called Triple AAA from his own account and there was an issue with the Motor. I was initially upset and he said hold your cool and let me figure it out. He worked with Keith and Dan Ariel and told me what was wrong. I freaked out on him and was rude to him. He never lost his cool and Dan Ariel was awesome. They fixed my truck and Ernesto set up a loaner service for me and never missed anytime at work. I had my doubts and never will ever have doubt about Ernesto. He stuck by his word and even helped me up set up my account on line with Ally. He went above and beyond and his General Manager is a man of his word. I recommend everyone in the Church that Ernesto is Honorable man and true friend. I am a fan for life, This Dealer showed me that their are really good people still in the Auto Industry. More

I only brought the car because of him. He really impressed me. I dealt with other sales managers Rob S and Daryl Popper. They didn't impress me not one bit. They were both very transparent, and very in sincere. They make it so obvious that you were only another sale, not a customer. Daryl Popper was extremely nasty and arrogant. I was trying to get more money for my 2014 Jeep that I traded in. He ended our negotiation by extending his hand out. I tried to negotiate further, he told me to leave the dealership. As you can see it wasn't easy for me to buy a car yet. I was so upset by Daryl's arrogance that I called and left a message for Dan Ariel. Dan called me back. We made a deal. Dan had to locate my car from another dealer. He had it their the next day. I meet Dan in person. What a great guy. Just as sincere and personable as over the phone in person. He showed me the car. I saw one of the other sales managers that I had dealt with earlier. He passed by me several times without acknowledging me. I will definitely recommend Pine Belt Chevrolet to my family and friends. but only to Dan Ariel. At least I will know they will treated in a very respectful and sincere manner by him. He is the greatest thing that ever happened to Pine Belt Chevrolet More
