We walked in knowing nothing other then we received a contest in the mail. Nick, who is a new salesman, took the time to explain the contest to us. When we won the 3 gold coins and had to finance somet contest in the mail. Nick, who is a new salesman, took the time to explain the contest to us. When we won the 3 gold coins and had to finance something, we told Nick that we wanted a Silverado. He showed us what was on the lot and one of the two trucks was a perfect match. He walked us through all of the paperwork and answered all of our questions. Ray was a joy to work with. He has a wonderful sense of humor! I had had a major car accident and dreaded looking for anything else. Not only did this team take that fear away for me, they replaced it with humor and good old fashioned service. That is something that doesn't happen too often, especially in a large dealership. Nick has continued to be a great help to us with all of the followup that was needed. I would highly recommend Pinebelt to anyone. More

Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about each car and helped me with each and every question I had. When I found my perfect car he went above and beyond by letting us know payments would be lower if registration was in my cosigners name, I know of no sales man that would do that. From the moment we walked into the building he told us he would treat us as if we were family and thats exactly what he did until the moment I left with my first new car. We first met Nick when looking for a new truck to replace our 2001 S10 during one of Chevy's truck events. While we were originally looking at the new one on the showroom floor, Nick told us to test drive the one on the lot and we were hooked.
