I’ve been waiting for over month for a part to be delivered so I can schedule the installation . Whenever I call for a status check I go into indefinite hold and then my call is disconnected. Your customer service is terrible I’m out of town now but when I return in two weeks I’ll schedule the service with another dealer in the Bay Area. I won’t use Bill Curry because I think they’re worse than you. I guess I’ll try Brandon Ford this time. More

Service was good Dan seemed to make an honest effort to solve my issues. I was disappointed with the Ford company. My truck has a known safety issue but there hasn’t been a recall on the part so I was out solve my issues. I was disappointed with the Ford company. My truck has a known safety issue but there hasn’t been a recall on the part so I was out $1700.00. Dan did try to help and for that I am appreciative. They were able to fix it in one day, which is important to me. So far, the quality of the work seems good. More

The lack of communication could be better. I called several times, leaving messages and it took some time to get a response. My F150 was just in to have the Lead Frame replaced and I receive I called several times, leaving messages and it took some time to get a response. My F150 was just in to have the Lead Frame replaced and I received a letter from Ford about another recall that has t been accomplished for a Speed Censor. I called my service advisor, Dan, about this and haven’t heard back from anyone. More
