You guys have been very responsive when I have needed service. Twice unscheduled when I had to tow it in. OK I was told that I have a manufacturing defect in my 4 year old car I was told to take it to a body shop for repair and claim it thru my auto insurance the drivers door weld is working loose and its 4 year old car I was told to take it to a body shop for repair and claim it thru my auto insurance the drivers door weld is working loose and its making noises This is NOT what I expect should happen I'm also having electronic/electric issues popping up..... I'm on my 3rd battery in 4 years. I just paid $265 for the "right" battery and was told the last battery put in by their contractor across the street was the wrong one. Then I was told the noises I was hearing was the front axle and while that was fixed I was charged $100 for the fix ..... not covered under the warranties I had purchased Then I was given a loaner car for the 3 days it took to fix my car Replacement 120 % ELECTRONIC operated..... Brand new..... NOT user friendly not sure I'd ever buy one that Inoperable More

Dan was very responsive and very well at keeping me updated on my car while it was in service car was very fixed very fast within two weeks. I had my car back on the road kept up with me. I scheduled in appointment at the Quick Lane two days in advance and still had to sit and wait for 2 hours for the works. I have had this service performed at six different dealerships and paid within $5 of advance and still had to sit and wait for 2 hours for the works. I have had this service performed at six different dealerships and paid within $5 of every dealership. This dealership was almost double the price for the same exact service. I will never, ever visit this dealership ever again. I have been a Ford customer for over 35 years and they are a horrible representative of the brand and they should be shut down. Sincerely a very unsatisfied customer. More
