I had been trying to find a 2021 or 2022 CLA45C4 since May/June 2021. I originally was going to ship myself one from California and brought the financial paperwork into RBM to have the figures double chec May/June 2021. I wasn’t even sure RBM would be willing to help me since the deal didn’t involve them, but Lisa Brennan sat down with me and offered another set of eyes to closely review the numbers. Since we were so close in price to a new car I reached out to Dan Berry with a custom build I had in mind. I had to wait awhile for the car to be completed and delivered, but the dealership was very helpful and communicative regarding the timeline. I picked up my car on Wednesday and am very happy. Dan Berry, is one of the most courteous, professional and someone who always goes above and beyond to help his customers. I’ve know Dan for over 6 months now, I’ve been coming to the dealership for over 7-8 someone who always goes above and beyond to help his customers. I’ve know Dan for over 6 months now, I’ve been coming to the dealership for over 7-8 years now for servicing my E-class, and now ordered GLE with Dan, and not once that he has not gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my car needs.
