I compare car-buying to a root canal as far as pleasant experiences, but Dan restored my faith in the process with his low-key, but extremely effective, approach to the process. This was my second experience with RBM of Alpharetta, the first one having been pleasant enough to bring me back. But that salesperson has retired; and I was fortunate enough to randomly find Dan who confirmed the consistency of the RBM way of doing things! Thanks, Dan!! Thank RBMA!!
