Dan was very knowledgeable about the different cars. There was absolutely no pressure and he answered all of our questions. We went on several test rides to make sure we understood the difference between the types of cars we were looking at. We also had a complete review of the car and all of the features prior to riding off the lot. I had very high expectations leading up to our visit and the whole team at RBM of Alpharetta far exceeded those. I will definitely come back to them for my next car. More

He is the most professional, no-pressure sales person we have had in all the years that we have purchased vehicles (about 55 years). We bought our latest vehicle in Sept. 2019 but, due to a backlog in the production process we were unable to take delivery until Jan. ,2020. Dan kept us informed as to the progress at the factory in Alabama. Thanks Dan for making this purchase easy. From Dan Berry to Tom Ahern in Finance to Diane Evans(she showed us how to operate our new vehicle) we have been extremely pleased. We highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta and the whole staff to any one wishing to purchase a new Mercedes. Also, the service department is top notch. More
