When I go there for service, Andrei Bucatari always take great care of my cars. In addition to these guys, I have dealt with Diane in customer delivery, Mary at front desk , Jeff the service manager and Lisa in finance Bill and Reza in sales and Don, Carl and Melisa in service and many other awesome people. I should not forget Randy in Service, he is awesome in checking your car and tell you what's wrong with it. They are all the best in customer care. The dealership is convienant to us in an area that is not extremely busy. Everyone was helpful & kind from Dan our salesman to Diane the concierge. I'd like to start off this review by saying that I have purchased 11 vehicles in the last 8.5 years. I have a lot of experience in purchasing vehicles and have worked in the Sales Industry for several of t purchased 11 vehicles in the last 8.5 years. I have a lot of experience in purchasing vehicles and have worked in the Sales Industry for several of those years. I had been looking at 2020 AMG C63S's for a while before I stumbled upon one on the RBM of Alphraretta's website. I immediately called and was pleasantly transferred to Dan Berry. We scheduled a test drive for the following day. I got off of work early that day and decided to move my appointment up. Dan had no issues clearing out his schedule to accommodate my schedule. Once I arrived I told the front desk attendant that I was there to meet with Dan Berry. Within 2 minutes, I was pleasantly greeted by Dan, and we went straight to the AMG C63s that was parked right in front of the front doors. This review isn't about the car, so I won't cover anything about the car (it's beautiful and amazing in every way). I handed Dan the keys to my trade-in (2018 Shelby GT350), and I explored the C63S's interior while the appraiser explored my trade-in. Dan came back and we went on a test-drive. I don't know if he had studied for the test-drive before I came in, but Dan knew everything I wanted to know about the car. Every question I asked him, he answered without hesitation. Once we came back from the test-drive, I was ready to purchase the vehicle. We sat down at his desk and spoke to each other like family. He genuinely cared about my satisfaction the entire time, and went the extra mile to provide the best customer service that I had ever received while purchasing a vehicle. The process was quick and painless. I'd like to take this time to thank all of the individuals that were crucial parts of my car-buying process. Unfortunately, I'm horrible with names, but everybody that I dealt with was amazing. Dan Berry, I wish you the best. You're an incredible person before you are a sales person, and that smoothed out the process tremendously. If you are in the market for a Mercedes-Benz, look no further than Dan Berry at RBM of Alpharetta. If you want to be treated like family, he's your guy. Thanks again Dan!
