In fact, I wouldn't describe anybody at RBM of Alpharetta, all the way from General Manager David Ellis to my Service Advisor, Teresa Cox, as anything but a friend. Dan really puts you at ease and clearly has your best interests and you satisfaction as his goals - and he delivers in grand style. Even when my car is in for service, Dan calls to make sure everything is OK. Every time I buy another car from RBM of Alpharetta (4 now), I think it was the best experience ever. On February 21, 2015 I purchased a new 2015 ML Mercedes from Dan Berry. I must say that the service that we received was far above excellence by our sales expert, Mr. Dan Berry. He went beyond the call of duty. We were having trouble getting our garage and gate operator programed and he came by our home and set them up on our cars.
