He communicated very well during the actual purchase portion, keeping us updated and making sure things moved along in all departments, even on a busy Saturday. It was a very pleasant car-buying experience, and I would recommend him and this dealer for anyone interested in Mercedes. They obviously keep all departments well-staffed so there is never a long wait for finance, detailing, or your full tour of all the car’s features by their delivery specialist before you drive off the lot (another perk we have never experienced at a dealership prior). Dan was considerate of our time, inquisitive of our needs and expectations, and he provided an outstanding service without ever making us feel pressured in any way. We ended up buying a new vehicle even though we were looking at used cars, and that was only due to Dan's professionalism in offering us more information about the vehicle we were interested in versus a new one. In addition, Lisa in finance was great. She only discussed with us the issues we were interested in and all the numbers Dan has given us initially remained exactly the same till the writing of the final check. We also need to mention Martin who took us through all the features of the new vehicle with patience and continued to be willing to assist us with any questions we may have in the future about dealing with the latest technology in these cars. Overall we would rate the RBM of Alpharetta with the highest praise for service above and beyond expectations! Congratulations to the entire team! More
