I am not sure how to even start my review for Dan Berry. I’ve know Dan for sometime now, and I am at loss of words when it comes to defining how great of an experience I had with Dan recently when I bought I’ve know Dan for sometime now, and I am at loss of words when it comes to defining how great of an experience I had with Dan recently when I bought my EQS 450+ SUV. Dan is outright courteous, caring, accommodating and above all his professionalism is second to none! I had ordered a GLE 350 initially but my wife’s eyes caught the new electric SUV EQS, and Dan was nothing but accommodating and very understanding of my busy schedule as well, I couldn’t make up my mind initially but he gave us all the space in the world and not once did we feel pressured. He has always gone above and beyond in helping me and wife chose the right vehicle and honestly speaking, made the whole buying process seamless. It’s because of people like Dan Berry that RBM of Alpharetta is one of the best dealership’s I’ve ever been to! The relationship I have with Dan is more on a personal level and he has always treated me like family, which speaks volumes! Dan .. I wish I could give you 10 stars ⭐️ but all I can say is, THANK YOU FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING AND ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have already recommended Dan to my family and will continue to do so! Dan Berry and his team (Reagan and Roberto) were great they simplified the process and Dan was instrumental in us getting our new vehicle. Daniel Berry quickly found us another aotomobile when our car was recently totaled. (No injuries).
