Vici is the best sales rep I have ever worked with, irrespective of the industry. With very long order wait times, he helped us get a car months before our estimated order delivery. Unlike other dealerships which we contacted, he really followed up, contacted us regularly with updates and finally found us a car. It was a Rollercoaster at times, but Vici and Morong Falmouth were very flexible and accommodating. Definitely worth the trip out of state:) we are very happy with our brand new 2023 ID.4! More

Dealt with Dan Dunham, was made to feel stupid and felt like he had more important things to do. Just unfortunate and pretty deflating especially when I pay a ton of money there. He also seemed aggressivel like he had more important things to do. Just unfortunate and pretty deflating especially when I pay a ton of money there.
