Service writer is good to work with. However service is poor. I get my oil changed there because I have free oil changed from the purchase of the vehicle however when I left after a simple oil change I get poor. I get my oil changed there because I have free oil changed from the purchase of the vehicle however when I left after a simple oil change I get out to my car and the hood isn't latched shut, my car is scratched from your car wash and the air duct for underneath for the case fell off 2 blocks down the road. I'm scared to ever bring it back I dont want some rookie touching my car its a safety hazard and liability tonm have this dealer work on it. Like really a simple service and all that wrong thank God they didn't touch my tires I'm sure the lugs would have been falling off. I used to love dealing with them but this is unacceptable. More
