Coming back after an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment because my car was when I applied the breaks. A representative suggested over the phone it could be the rotors. Luckily, it was I made an appointment because my car was when I applied the breaks. A representative suggested over the phone it could be the rotors. Luckily, it was not the rotors, it was due to one of the wheels not being put back on correctly after my last tire rotation. I would appreciate if the service staff could spend extra time to ensure everything is correctly adjusted on my vehicle. More

2017 avalon recall The car was in on time and the service was done faster then they indicated... I had to clean some grease off the panel next to the windshield and I have to return because the steering wheel now squeaks. I called back and service will correct this.. Service was complete and courteous. I have been very satisfied and pleased with the courtesy and service I have experienced in my dealings with St. Cloud Toyota. When an unknown problem was discovered with my vehicle, the service department worked with the vehicle until the problem was solved. Updates and recalls were addressed well.
