Excellent service Palmen’s service center was quick and efficient. They explained to me what was wrong with my car, gave me an itemized list of the cost of the repair a Palmen’s service center was quick and efficient. Horrible customer service If you want to spend $850 to have nothing fixed on your car, Palmen Buick GMC Cadillac is the place for you. I brought my car in on 6/18 because I was If you want to spend $850 to have nothing fixed on your car, Palmen Buick GMC Cadillac is the place for you. I brought my car in on 6/18 because I was experiencing extreme hesitation when trying to accelerate. Palmen quoted me $850 for repairs and assured me I needed to do all of the things they listed to improve my drivability. Reluctantly, I agreed and picked up my car on 6/20. On 6/27 my car started experiencing the same issues and I waited until 6/28 to call and inform them in case it was an isolated incident. They wouldn’t make the appointment until 7/2, and by this time my intermittent problem was not occurring (a concern I brought up when they refused to make a same or next day appointment when it was occurring). Palmen performed a thorough inspection and stated that everything was running properly on my car, and Jeff Nagy (the service advisor I was working with) left me a voicemail which stated that the problem was the “severe heat…when you have a 4 cylinder car with the air on, it just seems much much slower at times when it gets around 100 degrees.” So…..I’ve spent $850 on repairs that you said would fix the problem, but now you’re telling me there’s nothing you can do because the problem is caused by the weather?? I asked to speak with the service manager, Dan First, about this. Dan and Jeff barely let me get a word in during the conversation. They were rude and condescending talking to me and would not let me explain ANYTHING. (Also, this conversation happened in the middle of the garage. I was not invited into an office or anywhere private.) I informed them that I was not satisfied with the car service or the customer service and I will not be returning because of it. Jeff got my car for me and said to let him know if the problem happens again, to which I replied I will not be returning to this dealership. Jeff then laughed at me and made a very rude comment and went back to his desk. I’m shocked that this dealership treats customers this way. I will never recommend Palmen to anyone. More
