Special Coverage Reimbursement I had check engine light come on. Went to my local garage to see if it was drive able and to find the reason of the problem. It was an emission probl I had check engine light come on. Went to my local garage to see if it was drive able and to find the reason of the problem. It was an emission problem. I called Palmen to see if it was a warranty issue. I was told it was not so because I live an hour away from the dealership, I had my garage fix it. A week later, I get a letter telling of an extended warranty on the part that I had replaced. I filled out the attached form and headed to Palmen. Talked with Dan First and he took care of the paperwork! I received my reimbursement in less than a week. Totally satisfied with the whole deal top to bottom! Couldn’t have been handled better! Crazy good service! Thank You!! More
