I had a great experience at Palmen GMC store. The service department has excellent staff and provides great customer service. Kenny and the sales manager were very professional. Andy Palmen is a gentleman who puts customer service and satisfaction first. Mike Zappala the COO, also a gentleman and equally dedicated to customer service. The only issue I have is with the finance manager Zach Ebner. I found him to be dishonest. He also gave my wife the creeps. Otherwise a great experience. More

Wouldn’t recommend getting service done from this dealership. Some service writers acted like they were busy when they weren’t. I had to ask for assistance, not the other way around.
