Priced vehicle, then after that, they kept wanting to add more and more admin fees, $2000 or so, and non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 that could not be applied toward sale price of vehicle. Never had a scam group operate so blatantly in years. You hear about some of these deals going on in cities far away, but not here in the midwest. Beware. I don’t bash companies but Brad Deery is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I went to test drive a 2017 Chevy Traverse. They knew I was coming had the wrong vehicle pulled around. Then bring m dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I went to test drive a 2017 Chevy Traverse. They knew I was coming had the wrong vehicle pulled around. Then bring me the one I requested and it’s filthy sunroof was broke, no key fob, broken passenger seat belt, and completely empty. The guy said let’s go around the block. I said I wasn’t interested because of everything. After hours of them promising to fix everything. I went home. They called offered me a good deal and said everything would be up to par. 2 weeks go by of me not having it waiting for it to be fixed. They say come get it and we will call when the parts come in. I go pick it up still no gas not clean no floor mats. Get on the highway to go home after filling it up and it shook so bad I was scared to drive it. A month later my fiancé calls yelling of course the parts are in and they can fix it. I explained the shaking they checked it said nothing was wrong. Soon as I left again shaking shuttering when I’d go from stop to go. I took it to Las Mac in Lancaster as soon as the guy gets in tells me the transmission is bad and it’s not safe to drive. I won’t get it back for 2 weeks and am now driving my fiancé truck. On top of all of that xxxxxxxx they tacked on an SVC warranty I didn’t want hence it’s GMC Certified. I cancelled it on May 7th it’s now June 22nd it’s not off my loan and the warranty company said they sent the check to Brad Deery June 1st. No one will reply or answer my emails. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve bought a lot of vehicles. More
