To begin with..let me tell you that I have been faithfully a CHEVY/GMC man since purchasing my 1st vehicle in 1978 at 16 yrs of age. He solely and whole heartedly convinced me into purchasing what I consider "The Best Truck on the Road". This gentleman was smooth with his introduction and very precise with the information that I inquired. Randy Schoop did a nice job of describing many of the functions of this new to me Pacifica. This was my first car purchase, and Safo and Dan walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. They made the car buying process very streamlined and stress-free! A few feedback points: One big negative was the lack of masks worn by other staff members that I did not directly work with, but was surrounded by. My grandparents were with me, so it was unsettling to be around people who did not care about their customer’s well-being. Other small notes: the first stop I made after pulling out of the lot was the gas station. Although my gas tank was not completely empty, it was low and would not get me home. Would have been nice to have a full tank. Again, another small detail: a document was sent to me in the mail, but the stamp used was not enough, so I had to pay a small amount for postage. Not a huge deal, but a small inconvenience that would have been nice to avoid. Like I said, overall a really positive experience! My windshield cracked three days after my purchase and needed to be replaced. I called Deery and they offered to pay for a portion of the new windshield, which was more than I expected since this did not happen before I took the car. Deery went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase, so I am very grateful for this positive experience! More

My last prior experiences at three other dealerships was very poor. It was full of old dealership “tricks”. Zach at Brad Deery Motors and the management staff was completely opposite.
