I bought my first Highlander at Frankfort Toyota in 2004 and have continued to come here for all servicing. We worked with Simon Yount he is new there so I dont see his face on this site yet. But he was the sweetest and friendliest guy. Made us feel really comfortable and was not pushy at all. If we could give 10 stars we would! When my wife said she wanted a van we started doing research and decided to look at Toyota and Honda. We are members of Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Frankfort and my mom had told us that the owner went to Good Shepered so she called Kevin O’Neil and got some info for us. The first name he said Was Bill Obanion. He said he was a trustworthy guy. Well that was 100% correct! I knew within 10 minutes we were going to buy a Toyota and we were going to buy from Bill. We have never owned a new vehicle and never thought it was possible but he listened to our needs and made it happen. He has answered every question and worked diligently to get my wife the perfect Van! I will continue to buy vehicles from Frankfort Toyota and Bill for as long as I’m here and HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRANKFORT TOYOTA AND BILL! For as bad as 2020 has been it’s been pretty good to us we got our dream house in Frankfort and we got a brand new Van! 1 million thanks for everything look forward to many memories and miles in our new Sienna we absolutely love it and are forever great full to Bill and Frankfort Toyota!!!
