Quick, Easy, and Friendly! My husband called ahead and talked with Billy O'Banion about having a few vehicles ready that I was interested in. Being a female on a car lot alone My husband called ahead and talked with Billy O'Banion about having a few vehicles ready that I was interested in. Being a female on a car lot alone can feel intimidating, but the staff at Frankfort Toyota were friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the salesmen. I personally was working with Billy O'Banion as our salesman. Right before I arrived, he had another client walk in. I was a little worried, but Dan and Trent came to help me and assist with any questions I had. Everyone was very professional and friendly. After Billy was finished with his first client, he walked me through the vehicle I was looking at and answered any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. We ended up coming back in the morning and purchasing the vehicle from Billy and Frankfort Toyota. We would happily choose them both, Billy and Frankfort Toyota, again. I can't rank them high enough, 10/10 is still too low for the level of service and help received. I would recommend everyone start their car buying journey at Frankfort Toyota. More

Sales Rep was amazing, dealership, not so much. Sales guy was amazing. “Detail” after purchase was poor to say the least.
