Great customer service! I was extremely happy with my experience at Kelly Nissan of Woburn. I have always had bad experiences with car dealers due to them either being too pu I was extremely happy with my experience at Kelly Nissan of Woburn. I have always had bad experiences with car dealers due to them either being too pushy or not professional. I initially spoke to Nikki on the phone and she was great. She explained everything to me about my lease and the car I was interested in and also worked with me on a price that fit my budget. She was quick to respond to my phone calls and answered all of my questions. When I went into the dealership to pick up my car, I was introduced to Dan. He was professional, friendly and showed me everything there is to know about the 2016 Nissan Maxima that I was leasing. Steve was also great and went over the pricing with me and explained what the lease entailed etc. He also had a great sense of humor and had me, my aunt and my dad laughing, which usually is not the case at dealerships. I will definitely be recommending Kelly Nissan of Woburn to friends and I will definitely be going back there again! More

Excellant Service I came in and was told how long it would take to do an oil change and reset my tire pressure light on my dash board. They completed the work in the am I came in and was told how long it would take to do an oil change and reset my tire pressure light on my dash board. They completed the work in the amount of time they told me and help save me some money with a coupon they found. So again I was very impressed and pleased with my service visit. More

This is my first time purchasing a CPO vehicle, and after a few previous nightmarish encounter with various dealerships, I had to make my purchase from Kelly due to how friendly, informative, and trustworthy the staff was. Everyone from the dealer, to the sales manager, to the finance manager were terrific. And the car is a beauty!! More

I have purchased several vehicles in the past at other dealerships and not once have I EVER been treated with such professionalism!!! I know I have other Nissan Dealerships that are a lot closer, but, I would rather travel the extra mileage for the awesome treatment I get at Kelly Nissan of Woburn. It's all about quality not quantity, and that is exactly what you get at there, grade A quality! More
