Recently I decided it was time to purchase a new car (we purchase, not lease, our cars, and then we drive them for a long time). I've long admired the S5, and recalled having a really good experience with the dealership, and Dean in particular. I discovered that Dean was still working at the dealership, so I called him up, and within 48 hours I was driving off with a beautiful new S5. Dean was a consummate professional, and everyone else I worked with also helped to make my experience first class. I would highly recommend Audi Hoffman Estates to anyone who is thinking about purchasing an Audi. More
