This August we decided to give it another try, and were very pleasantly surprised by Pat Chan and Dan Jigalov's low-key professionalism. A complete 180 from our previous experience and it made all the difference. From the sales process all the way through delivery and a subsequent service/installation appointment, Pat was knowledgeable, easygoing, and never dispensed obvious B.S. He was very accommodating throughout, responded quickly to my calls and texts, and I always felt like I was a valued customer. Dan made the paperwork part run smoothly and without pressure. And I have to add that to a man/woman, the staff I have encountered at Schaumburg Audi has been friendly and service-oriented. This is the kind of treatment one expects at a high end dealership. My wife and I were treated with respect and courtesy throughout our used car purchase. We never had to haggle or argue about price or any of the usual garbage that occurs at most car dealerships. We were able to created a trade deal over internet and e-mail with Necko. Both parties were very realistic and honest about the condition and values of vehicles which made the transaction a breeze. I will definitely do business with Schaumburg Audi again. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Audi anywhere in the Midwest. Driving or flying to Schaumburg Audi will be worth your trip to get a new car! More
