The sale process took about an hour and a half. I've purchased many cars from all the larger car dealers in the Schaumburg area. I can honestly say that this was the easiest, no-hassle purchase. Great experience buying used car from Necko Civic! I recently purchased a used vehicle from Audi Hoffman Estates. I drove down from Milwaukee to test drive the vehicle. Lori was very easy to contact an I recently purchased a used vehicle from Audi Hoffman Estates. I drove down from Milwaukee to test drive the vehicle. Lori was very easy to contact and she seamlessly set up an appropriate appointment with Necko. We went on an fairly decent route for the test drive. However, I would have liked a route with at least one bumpy road and highway speeds (but I understand the insurance issues that put restrictions on dealerships). After falling in love with the Vehicle, we started negotiating prices. The vehicle was very competitively priced, but Necko and his used car manager were extremely respectful of our thoughts on a fair price. I got a fantastic deal on a perfectly clean car. After negotiation, Necko stated the paperwork right away. Dan in finance was absolutely fantastic. We ran into some credit issues with loans and things, but Dan and Necko did everything they could do to solve the issue. After all the paperwork and financial steps were completed, the car was detailed and ready to go. As a college student, I was in the market for a used vehicle. However, in a couple of years I would love to work with Audi Hoffman Estates to buy a beautiful new Audi. More

The General Manager made it a point to come over and thank us for the business. The Business Manager who arranged the financing was also highly professional and responsive. We had purchased another Audi product from the Audi in Highland Park. All I can say is, go with Audi in Hoffman Estates. They are worth the trip. I would definitely stay away from Audi in Highland Park....unless....you prefer to work with an unresponsive and unappreciative dealer. More

Thorough, Patient, and Painless I thought I wanted an RS7 and wanted it all the more after meeting with Carlo at dealership. We did the prerequisite test drive and loved the car but I thought I wanted an RS7 and wanted it all the more after meeting with Carlo at dealership. At end of the day, we decided to order a 2017 as soon as Carlo suggested and it arrived earlier than originally promised. Could not be happier and found this dealership to not demonstrate the kind of arrogance often experienced at other high end, luxury auto sellers. More

Awesome Audi Dealership - Great All Around Experience I have bought three cars from Audi of Hoffman Estates and have had a great experience with each purchase. Purchased a vehicle last year which did not I have bought three cars from Audi of Hoffman Estates and have had a great experience with each purchase. Purchased a vehicle last year which did not work for me and went back in expecting to lose a lot on the trade. Mario - Salesman Extraordinaire and Dave - Used Car Manager helped me immensely in receiving a good trade value and getting me into a car which was more suitable for me. I could not be happier as a customer and recommend all to reach out to Mario if interested in a new Audi or Dave if interested in finding a used car. Dan processed me super quickly and I was out the door within a couple of hours with a great finance rate. Everything was described to me in a detailed manner and nothing was missed. Dan and Mario also helped me with getting a refund for a warranty which was purchased with my old vehicle. Talk about going the extra mile. Not to mention the service department would be a sin. The service department is top notch and the service consultants are superbly skilled in ways of Audi vehicles and also the most polite people I have ever had to deal with at a car dealership in over 25 years.
