When I decided on new car I made a few phone calls and was not satisfied by answers of those “busy” sales. Asked my friends about their experience of buying new cars. Called and indeed it was different experience - much more friendly sales. Still continued to shop around for Forester and other cars but always come back to Forester and Liberty. Suddenly I realize - I’ve made my choice - Subaru Forester and Liberty Subaru. At the time of buying my car was really impressed with professional, streamline, and transparent process. And they even ordered from manufacture the color I wanted. I had a good experience dealing with Jeremy Vasquez and Dan Meola. Both are easy to deal with and very helpful. They even offered help after the car was bought. I will not hesitate to advise anyone: “Go to Liberty”. Thank you guys. More

This is my 3rd Subaru but my 1st Subaru from Liberty. All i could say is this was an enjoyable experience working with Dan Lidestri and Rob Bontemps and regretted not going to them for my other Subaru. Shopped around at different places and the Liberty Team is a no-haggle, straight up, no games, zero pressure experience. I also take my cars there for service and the Service Dept does nice work. Totally would recommend Liberty to anyone looking for a Subaru. There are 6 other Subaru dealerships closer to my home but i choose to go to Liberty Subaru. Finding a Service Dept that I could trust is very important to me. Liberty Subaru did not ask for nor was i compensated for this review. More

That being said Dan L did a great job keeping it quite normal and efficient - the paperwork and emails were kept to a minimum, he provided numbers for various options when asked, found the car I was looking for when inventory was short, and made sure the purchasing process was quick and easy with a fair discount at the end. Don't remember the sales rep (Chris?) but he made the paperwork process simple and quick. Uber service to the facility was provided at no cost to pick up the car from Brooklyn. All in all very pleasant and fun give the circumstances. Will recommend to future buyers interested in Subarus. More
