Dan responded to my online inquiry this fall. He impressed me with both his knowledge about the individual models, but also with his respectful, low-keyed but geniune personality. It helped that I fell in love with the Crosstrek ( it does have good pickup contrary to some reviews), but he and Liberty Subaru were very accommodating about the little things and gave me a good price for my trade-in. When I had the pleasure of meeting Dan, he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose to test drive. For that matter, Dan was basically on top of things regarding all the cars on their lot (and there are quite a few). Fortunately, the vehicle I was interested in was just what I wanted and I decided to work with Liberty to do the financing. Dave Finkel handled the financing and he was also a pleasure to work with. Here again, Dan proved to be more than helpful overall and got everything arranged smoothly. Any questions I had for him, he answered fully, and any he couldn’t answer, he quickly used the resources at Liberty to get the answer. It was truly a pleasure working with Dan and Dave. More
