I said that I wanted to know the total cost of the vehicle to drive out the door, title, taxes and any other fees included. After we agreed on a price and I wrote the check I heard, "Oh by the way, the registration and title fees are an additional $270.00. After some more back and forth and numerous apologies for the "misunderstanding" I received a windshield sunshade and a plastic tub of cleaning samples in compensation. If you're looking for a honest dealer, look elsewhere. PS - the salesman was conveniently MIA when I stopped in to pick up my plates. An very unhappy customer. More

He was very easy to work with. When I picked up my new car, Brian spent a great deal of time reviewing all of the features of the car and was very patient in explaining each detail. Outstanding customer service at Liberty Subaru I was raised in a car family in Michigan where my sister and both brother in laws worked the line in assemble plants - my mother worked in the execut I was raised in a car family in Michigan where my sister and both brother in laws worked the line in assemble plants - my mother worked in the executive kitchen and my father sold car for Ford until the day he passed. I started in the detail preparation department washing - waxing and cleaning new and used cars so I understand the operations from the bottom up in car dealerships. I can honestly say that working with Dan and the people of Liberty Subaru was the best experience buying/leasing a vehicle that I have had in the past 40 years - similar to when I purchased from my own father. Dan was honest, straight forward, helpful, interested in listening to what I had to say and went out of his way to make leasing my new Subaru Forester enjoyable. I give him and the leadership of Liberty Subaru the highest of marks for making and demonstrating an outstanding level of service through their excellent internet program of obtaining a vehicle. Not only was the service world class but the product -- Subaru Forester Turbo is an outstanding vehicle that is functional and a hell of a lot fun to drive.
