My husband and I were in search of a used car for our teenage daughter and had bad experiences with other dealerships before finally going to McLaughl My husband and I were in search of a used car for our teenage daughter and had bad experiences with other dealerships before finally going to McLaughlin. Our trust was hindered because of the initial dealerships we visited, and were skeptical at first because a '04 Saturn Ion we were interested in sounded perfect. At another dealership, they said the same thing but it was mechanically unsafe. This was not the story with McLaughlin. Our trusted mechanic even goes and gets his car there and he said they are a very reputable company. This made me feel more secure considering my previous experience with the other dealership mentioned previously. After getting it inspected, there was NOTHING wrong with the car. Back when we first stepped out of the car, they did not bother us like vultures like all the other dealerships. They were very polite,professional, and not pushy at all. We worked with Dan Machu, George McClean, and even the owner Greg Swanson and had a pleasant experience with them all.They treated us like family; they are the most professional dealership I have ever dealt with. I have peace of mind now that my daughter is driving in a safe,reliable car. We have already recommended them to many and will consider buying a new car at McLaughlin in the future. More
