There's not a person at the dealership that would not go far beyond the customer's expectations to make them happy and feel special when just looking or purchasing a vehicle. I just bought my 4th vehicle there so I guess that makes me a credible person to submit a review. Dan Machu has been the sales professional that served me for 3 of the 4 purchases. Dan is top notch in treating people with friendship and respect. He can be counted on to always go the limit to get a buyer the best deal and truly understands not just the business, but how to create a strong positive perception of the dealership and him for every customer. He's a kind and respectable friend. When I took possession of my vehicle, it was dark and cold. Dan had the engine running for me, the heater on and lights. That too made me feel special. There are great people at McLaughlin: Dan, two Brandons, Joe, Robert, and Sherry to name those I've interacted with. You won't go wrong buying a vehicle at McLaughlin's. I'll search out Dan but all of the folks there will treat you great and extend the best service before and after a sell. giving Dan 5 stars....I didn't even have to think about it. More
