I have purchased 3 cars in the last year. I only purchased one car from Nissan of North Olmsted, They don't fill up the gas tank, had less than half a tank of gas when we drove off the lot, give you purchased one car from Nissan of North Olmsted, They don't fill up the gas tank, had less than half a tank of gas when we drove off the lot, give you the temp plate for the car and tell you to go to the DMV to get a plate (the other 2 dealers I purchased from took care of plates and called me when they were in at the dealer and installed them for me. They also charge you fees for plates and documentation that don't warrant their after sales services. If you get a good deal you may want to go with them, but passing along my concerns/issue. More

Not enough words to state how great everyone at Nissan has been over the past 30 years. The only one we would deal with when my husband was alive buying new cars trading them in ever 3rd year, after my h has been over the past 30 years. The only one we would deal with when my husband was alive buying new cars trading them in ever 3rd year, after my husband passed away I went into lease cars. Which they would pick out for me, paperwork prepared when I came in & sign & off I go. While stuck in Fld. because of the virus, had trouble about the tags as I did not get the paperwork to fill out (think Newman has the route) After trying different avenues & not getting anywhere I called Mike (owner of Nissan) who was on vacation, he had the secretary call to see if she could help plus he called to make sure I had the problem taken care of.
